About

About Juen Arzadon Psychotherapy

Many people struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship issues, but you don’t have to face them alone. I provide a safe, supportive space where healing and growth are possible. As a Filipino therapist in California, I understand the cultural values, family expectations, and emotional challenges that many in the Filipino community experience. My goal is to help you move from survival to healing, at your own pace.

As a U.S. Military Veteran and Associate Psychotherapist, I’m part of the VA Community Care Network, offering specialized and compassionate support for veterans, active-duty service members, and their families. I work with clients coping with PTSD, stress, trauma, sex and porn addiction, and relationship challenges. My approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and culturally grounded, helping you build resilience, restore connection, and create lasting change.

Anxiety and depression can feel overwhelming, but with the right support, you can regain control and find peace. I offer a personalized, culturally informed approach to help you build resilience—especially for those in the Filipino community seeking understanding, healing, and growth in California.

Being part of the Filipino community in California can bring both strength and struggle. I offer a safe, culturally informed space to explore your experiences, reconnect with your identity, and work through anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges in a way that honors your culture and story.

As a U.S. Military Veteran, I provide culturally competent therapy for active-duty service members and veterans through the VA Community Care Network (VA CCN). I understand the unique challenges of military life—trauma, transition, stress, and reintegration—and offer a safe, supportive space to heal, rebuild, and find balance.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy offers a safe and supportive space to work through challenges together. I help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. Whether you’re facing conflict, infidelity, or disconnection, I guide Filipino couples and all partners toward healing and a stronger, more fulfilling relationship.

Generational Trauma

Healing from generational trauma is a courageous journey. I provide a safe, trauma-informed, and culturally grounded space to explore inherited wounds, family patterns, and emotional pain—especially within the Filipino community—to foster resilience, healing, and lasting growth.

Men's  Group Therapy

You don’t have to figure it all out alone. In my Men’s Group Therapy sessions, you’ll find real talk, real support, and a safe space to unload what you’ve been carrying. This group helps men navigate stress, relationships, addiction, and identity—building strength through genuine connection.
